Terms of service

Using kowarilabs.com or the Kowari control plane means you accept these terms. If your company has signed a separate order or master agreement with Kowari Labs, that document governs the product and these terms cover only the website.

Kowari is in private beta. Things will change, break, and occasionally surprise us — that is what a beta is. We will be straight with you about it.

You are responsible for what happens under your credentials and for the agents and data you connect to Kowari. Do not point Kowari at systems you are not authorized to monitor, and do not use it to break the law or someone else's terms.

You keep ownership of your trace data and your policies. You grant us only the access we need to run the service for you, and nothing more.

We will run the service with reasonable care and protect your data as described in our privacy policy. During beta there is no uptime guarantee; we will tell account holders before planned downtime when we can.

We may change or remove beta features. If we are going to delete data or end the beta, you will get notice and a window to export what is yours.

The service is provided as-is during beta, without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, Kowari Labs is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for anything connected to the beta is capped at what you paid us for it — which, in beta, is usually nothing.

Kowari is a control plane, not a guarantee. It helps you see and stop bad agent behavior; it does not make your agents correct. You stay responsible for the agents you run.

You can stop using Kowari whenever you like. We can suspend or end access if these terms are broken or the beta closes. On termination, the obligations that should outlast it — confidentiality, ownership, liability limits — do.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware. If something here is unclear or you think we got it wrong, email legal@kowarilabs.com — we would rather talk than litigate.
