Privacy

This policy applies to kowarilabs.com and to the Kowari control plane during private beta. Where the two differ — the marketing site collects almost nothing, the product handles agent telemetry — we say so.

We are Kowari Labs. If a term here conflicts with a signed agreement your company has with us, that agreement wins.

When you request access, we store the work email you type in and the time you sent it. That is the whole form. We use it to reply to you and to decide who to let into the beta — nothing else, and we do not sell it.

The site runs on Cloudflare. Cloudflare sees standard request metadata (IP, user agent) to serve pages and block abuse; we do not set advertising cookies or run third-party trackers on these pages.

Kowari ingests traces from the agents you point at it: plans, tool calls, arguments, and the decisions your agents make. That data is yours. We process it to show you what your agents did and to enforce the policies you write, and for no other purpose.

You choose where it lives. Self-host Kowari inside your own VPC and your trace data never leaves your network. Run it on our cloud and we store it in your tenant, isolated from other customers and encrypted in transit and at rest.

We do not train models on your trace data, and we do not share it with anyone outside Kowari Labs unless you tell us to or the law compels us — in which case we will tell you first if we are allowed to.

Access-request emails sit in our pipeline until you ask us to delete them or the beta closes, whichever comes first. Product trace data follows the retention window you set in your workspace; delete a workspace and its traces go with it.

Email privacy@kowarilabs.com to see what we hold about you, correct it, or have it erased. We will not make you jump through hoops, and we will not charge you for it.

If you are in a place with privacy law on your side — the EU, the UK, California — those rights apply here regardless of where Kowari Labs sits.
